Arnulf Christl confirmed as OSGeo President.

Having served on the board of directors of OSGeo since it's inception, he was reelected for another two-year term yesterday.

"I am excited to work with the new board of directors to make OSGeo a steadily growing, solid success. The challenge for the next year will be to expand the sponsorship base to retrieve enough funding to start all the great ideas that are emerging from OSGeo's committees, working groups and mailing lists."

The board has been completed by Daniel Morissette (MapGears) and Tim Schaub (OpenGeo) both are long time contributors and promise to bring in a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for spreading the OSGeo message.
